As a trial lawyer, I have more than 22 years of experience representing business clients in litigation matters across Ohio, as well as policyholders being defended by an insurance company. As a former accountant, I understand the challenges litigation presents to an operating business, and I work with our clients to develop strategies that meet all of their objectives. My experience includes both bench and jury trials throughout the Ohio judicial system, binding arbitration, and mediation advocacy. I am a former adjunct professor of trial tactics at Case Western Reserve School of Law.
