• 2+ years experience
• Construction and Employment law experience a plus but not mandatory
• Barred in Ohio (Additional licenses in PA, IN, MI, VA, NC, SC, MD, GA a plus)
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A desire to develop expertise in construction law or demonstrated expertise in construction law
• Strong leadership abilities that foster teamwork
• Capable of working in a collaborative environment but also able to make independent decisions
• Analytical mindset to navigate complex legal matters
• Ability to work directly with clients
• Inspire other coworkers to achieve and deliver exceptional legal services
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
