About Harpst Becker

Harpst Becker is a full-service business law firm with a multi-state practice, serving clients throughout the construction industry and beyond. We serve clients from our main office in Green, Ohio as well as from our Western Pennsylvania office in Greenville, PA.
Our attorneys routinely advise and represent material suppliers, subcontractors, owners, contractors, design professionals, developers, and closely held businesses in matters involving construction law, business and commercial litigation, corporate and commercial transactions, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, brand protection and employment law. While our practice is broad, our firm is intentionally structured around the needs of construction industry clients.

Attorney candidates must be licensed in either Ohio or Pennsylvania. Licensure in the additional states of Michigan, Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, and Georgia would be a plus and provide additional opportunities. Our employees have the option of working from either our Ohio or Pennsylvania office.

We are looking to connect with talented attorneys who value excellence, professionalism, and practical problem-solving, and who thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment focused on exceptional client service. Portable business is not required. We are looking for lawyers with a strong work ethic, sound judgment, and the willingness to step into challenging matters, take ownership of their work, and advocate decisively on behalf of our clients.
