I am a commercial attorney who focuses on representing clients in construction matters and collection actions. I work in the firm’s collections practice and litigate commercial and residential construction disputes. Specifically, I have in-depth knowledge of interconnection between Ohio’s Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA), Home Solicitation Sales Act (HSSA), and Home Construction Service Suppliers Act (HCSSA), and have presented to the Home Builder’s Association of Portage & Summit Counties on their application to residential construction disputes.
